As the poll says guys... would this be something you're interested in?

We're looking to develop some in light of the lack of M mirrors for the new M2. We're currently developing something similar too the link below, but more aerodynamic and slightly cheaper. Hopefully available in materials other than carbon fibre too.
**UPDATE**

These are now available to buy at our website, http://www.autoid.uk.com.

You'll be able to chose from 4 options: Carbon Fibre, Gloss Black, OEM Painted and ABS Plastic (Non-Painted).

Prices range from £75 to £165 - excluding shipping.

I've made a video on how to fit these yourself too.

Finally, here are some images:

How easy would they be to fit?

Same question really... Not sure how easily the originals come off?

Process is very simple, this is the best walk-through I could find on the web http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/showth ... p?t=708155

If you're nervous of breaking anything though, we could roll fitment into the cost.

I've had my originals off a few times, grip it and rip it. I've not done any damage, but be ready to catch it!

You need to add a new category: "Yes, I'm keen if the design is right"

It says price twice! Which one of those is meant to be design?

Sorry guys been away from the computer for a couple days!

Just seen I messed up the poll! Please use the bottom 'if the price is right' with regards to design. :band:

Small update this morning guys.

We should have our first prototypes completed by the end of the week, fashioned from carbon fibre. It's likely plastic will follow down the line if that is of interest.

After tooling costs, and depending on the demand, we're looking at around £155-£170 for the pair.

Edit: Here is what we're working to:

Hi thought I'd ask again are you making these for the Exx series mirrors?

Pretty sure this run is just the one fitment, to suit F20, F21, F22, F87, F30, F31, F32, etc, etc, covers.
