AmD Stainless Steel Custom Exhausts.

Post by Ben @ AmD Essex » Tue May 22, 2012 5:34 pm

Here at AmD Essex we are pleased to announce that we can now offer custom stainless steel exhaust systems.

We get alot of enquiries for exhausts, that companies just don't make off the shelf stainless systems for, so rather than keep turning them away we have decided to start making them!

We have a nice new pipe bender, new TIG and MIG welders plus a whole host of other equipment to enable us to do this.

Here at AmD we are able to offer anything from a tail pipe upgrade to a full system.

Today we made a de-cat pipe and cat back for this Ibiza GTi.

We have also made custom exhaust parts for these cars recently.

New Mustang, customer wasn't happy with how quiet it was, we soon changed that though.

So to make it louder we made the outer pipes in these pictures.

Sounded amazing!

Also made a stainless system for this Pajero.

Chap who owns it had gone through 3 standard exhausts in 2 years! So wanted something to last!

Nick also made this for a Ford Puma track car, a nice de-cat pipe.

Due to these system being custom made we can offer a whole host of tail pipes, bore size and silencers.

All systems are built using T304 stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty.

We are and will contiune to be one of Millteks biggest re-sellers and fitting centres, our AmD systems will complement the impressive Milltek range.

If you require a quote for your car please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Hello Sinbad,

We can offer either mandral bent systems or "normal" bent system. Mandral bent is dearer, so if people are on a budget or don't need a system for out right performance they can opt for "normal" bends.

Hi Ben,

Returning & loyal customer here, previous LCR owner which you tuned to Stage 2 for me with fantastic results :).

I'm interested in upgrading the exhaust system on my 135i, mandrel bent.

I'm weighing up two options, sticking with the standard exhaust routing or going for quad pipes and a new rear diffuser, are you able to construct a quad system built around which ever rear diffuser I decided to have?

Also interested in other tuning options that you provide for the 135i, I hope to talk to you on the forthcoming SEAT AMD RR day :).
Then: N54 E93 335i and N54 E82 135i
Now: C63 Coupe

Hello Jay,

I reconise your user name from SCN. :)

We can build a system to suit a quad exit rear diffuser. I estimate the cost would be about £650.00 for a mandrel bent cat back system made and fitted.

I am not sure when D.K is planning on having the next SCN RR shootout, I think he mentioned September.

Hi Ben :)

Do you count a cat-back system as from the mid-pipes, or from the down pipes? I've got four of the damn things, two in each section of pipe.

I'll chase Darren up about the meet. Any 10% discount on BMW bits? ;)

Hello, I'm interested in an full exhaust for a 123d coupe.

I origionally looked at modifying a miltek, it looks and sounds good, but it is expensive and I've heard that if you get a DPF delete pipe it is far too loud (something I'm also considering for the future)

I want twin tips so it to look like the BMW performance exhaust and would like to improve the sound. I dont mind if it is loud on full throttle but want it to remain quiet are cruising speeds.

What are my options and how much will they dent the wallet?

Thanks for your help

Morning Sam,

Just replied to your email about an exhaust for your car.

You would need to come to us in Essex as the Northampton dealer don't have the equipment to build exhaust systems.

Afternoon,

Back box upgrades start from £249.95 inc vat, price depends on tail pipe design, box size etc.

HTH,
