New MOT rules

Mrs is looking at changing her Daytime Running Lights and headlights etc on her 120d Sport from yellow to just white bulbs now someone as said under new MOT rules, None standard bulbs will fail the MOT? I know HID kits will but will just changing the bulbs to a whiter light fail?
Now - F21 2013 Alpine White M135i Auto (Sun protection package, Driver comfort package, Bum Warmers, Black Panel, HK, High Gloss shadowline Finish, M Performance grills, rear spoiler and fins)
Before - Focus ST Stage 1, Astra 1.8 SRi, Clio 1.2

Too many poeple not knowing the laws
Most testers don't know All the laws/ rules until they check even me
