Re: Shocking M2 depreciation

It's beginning to look as if he's just here to create and argument. Not a very good one at that. Yep I don't really get it :confused1: Always seems to be a thread in every forum that attempts to convince us that we have made a huge mistake and bought the wrong car. Hand them all back, flood ...

Went up in smoke a few months back Barrie. They are going to rebuild it eventually but it won't be ready this year.

Looks like the Romp is slowly starting to get some interest

If your 100% in please post your name and we can get things organised .

We will have to find somewhere else for breakfast at the Hartside Cafe is still in ruins after the fire.

Lunch will also need to be sorted.

Re: Shocking M2 depreciation

I was always told if you have to ask the cost then ask yourself if you can afford it.
Not knocking the OP but this seems the case to me. If he's bothered about depreciation which is part of the costing then he shouldn't buy it outright but go on the PCP route and hand it back at the end of the term.

Re: Shocking M2 depreciation

Depreciation is only a factor if your planning on keeping the car short term.
If it’s a keeper and you own it for six or seven years then you will have had your money’s worth.

It’s PCP that’s killed cars second hand values.

Is the O ring seal on the new pipe or the part it locates to.
Sometimes O rings swell and need replaced.

Should have a sub under the passenger seat at least as standard.

Re: Where do you keep coins?

I use one of these.

Mens Quality Leather Coin Tray Purse Wallet (Black) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01753H5GG/ ... sBb8XMD2BK

Just keep a few £££ in it and leave it in the car. Rattle free and always handy.

Re: Replacing old halogen bulbs in my E82

Before you buy any headlights please make sure they comply with the new MOT regulations. There’s been a few changes this year and the ruling on headlights has changed.

Re: Key not working - is it repairable?

One of the surface mounted components has vapourised. Could be built in protection to save it going up in smoke.

Re: Max HP from 116i F20 136hp

Hi all, I'm looking for advice. I currently have a 1 series F20 116i M Sport and looking for more Power. I have a stage 1 remap already done to the car pushing about ~220hp. My question is, if I was to try and extract more power from the N13 engine, what would need to be done i.e. Intercooler, spar...
