Thanks for help all, appreciated
Don’t take this the wrong way but perhaps consider some performance driving tuition to help you hone yr skills and get more out of a TD whilst probably being kinder on yr car.

The HSD coilovers will allow any height you wish, from factory to very low, large range of adjustment. I have them on my M135i.
Good to know - how much were yr HSD coilovers and are they 1- or 2- or 3-way adjustable ?

Re: Eibach Motech or H&R Springs

Try these. These are listed for the m235 with adaptive Suspension where you can get the m performance springs. I've yet to install but the intention is to put them with the B8 and eibach pro kit springs Suppose there must be similar for the 1er. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180121/5603d5c2fac...

Re: Eibach Motech or H&R Springs

They slam the car onto the bumpstops, and rely heavily on them for suspending the car! They don’t - H&R sport springs ride was fine and my car’s bumpstops were all good when I swapped to Birds B1S springs. How many mm free travel did you have before hitting the stops Dave? MP It was a while back bu...

Re: Minor creak (FIXED) and MPE exhaust rattle / vibration - UPDATED

Exhaust needs a weight damper. There is a lot of resonant vibration during cold start (1500-2000rpm) Nisfan Correct - I was underneath Yao’s car this week - whilst it was up on the ramp - and confirmed he still has the weight damper installed as it’s on the OE front pipe fwd of the joint to MPE. Re: M2 aftermarket suspension

assuming a reasonable drop is that arch work required with the MP setup or was that purely down to adding the spacers? Terry HSD C/overs go much lower than MP c/overs and they are running spacers to mimic the offset of the 20” wheels due to be fitted soon. Arch fettling is required to clear the whe...

Re: Eibach Motech or H&R Springs

I dissagree about h&r being better quality than eibach, most brands bmw included, .....etc use eibach for their springs both standard and accessorie items, The h&r springs are firmer than the eibach. Sam Correct re BMW MP springs - made by Eibach to BMW specs M235i Racing springs - made by H&R If I...
