Re: M135i EWG Tuning Advice - JB4 + MHD BEF

Thanks for the response BP, I just thought that if boost is below target then WGDC would be higher? On all of my logs i get no values for FF or fuel pressure low, could this point to an issue with my FF wiring? Will try resetting FF/WG adaption to 60, have also been recommended to set all duty bias...

Re: M135i EWG Tuning Advice - JB4 + MHD BEF

Ash, If you switch back to map 2 do you still get 14-15psi v 9-10psi of map 5 ? Have you done any WOT pulls - say at least 3-4 so both DME learning and JB4 map 5 auto-tune trends upwards ? Are you running latest EWG SW in JB4 ? Also, maybe a good idea to do throttle body adaption reset. Happy to lo...

Re: M135i EWG Tuning Advice - JB4 + MHD BEF

Ash,

Its normal although some [incl myself] wrapped loom wires with tape and then routed loom behind heatshielding you see in yr second photo - I had no issues with these wires on my JB4'd m135i.

Re: M135i N55 numbers after DMS Remap

Did you fit it yourself? No, had the guys who do all my work fit it. Remember them saying it did not take long to do though, probably could have done it myself. Sound, I'll get it and have a go myself, what the worse that could happen ;) haha Thanks for the link! Neil Bought mine from Ross Walker f...

Re: M135i N55 numbers after DMS Remap

Ash,

Great numbers.

Do DMS do the mapping etc thru OBD port or do they still remove & open up ECU to physically bridge OEM encryption ?

How much all in including before/after dynos ?

Re: Best intercooler

The evo 2 it 8.5 kilos I think not 9.5 My bad - you are right - not surprisingly I suppose given its ~ 2.5 x volume of OEM fmic and ~ 25% more than Wagner comp evo 2 yet CSF is more effective than the latter at keeping IAT's in check and alledgedly improves throttle response due to better flow and ...

Re: Best intercooler

If you read the full post the cfs is a bit of a pig to fit Early deliveries excluded suitable washers for mounting bolts, as CSF FMIC mounts are slotted as opposed to clearance bolt holes. Evolve now supply full range of CSF cooling products for M2 and CSF FMIC is PnP w/o needing to remove the bump...
