Anyone had any problems with warped discs? I've had my M2 since Nov 2016 and had the front discs replaced under warranty because they were warped about 5 months ago. It seems they are warped again for some reason as are my rears. It's booked in for a proper inspection in a few weeks. I don't track t...

I came from an M135 and test drove the M4 before the M2. The M4 was actually cheaper than an M2 at the time but it wasn't for me. It felt huge in comparison, the M2 felt much smaller and more agile. The interior is much nicer on the M4 though but I preferred driving the M2.
What happens to throttle response in Sport+ and then turn traction control off? AFAIK the only way to turn off rev matching is to turn traction control off. It's surprising how much difference it makes when it's off. Trying to change down a gear without rev matching (auto or manually doing it) is an...
Has anyone got as far as needing brakes yet? Had my front discs and pads replaced under warranty. Asked the service guy how much and he said about £1000. Not sure how much I believe him on that though. The contis only lasted 10k miles for me. Hoping to get much more out of the PS4S I replaced them ...
Anyone know if it's possible to get BMW to recalculate the GFV on your finance? I got my M2 in 2016 with a GFV of £18k after 4 years. From what I've read recently people seem to be getting around £25k on new agreements.
I came from an M135 with an MPE and I think the M2 sounds much more throaty. The sound in the cabin in the M135 was a bit of a screamer but in the M2 it's more meaty sounding. I assume there's a difference in the 'fake' sound pumped into the cabin. It burbles away like the MPE does off throttle as w...
I asked my dealer a few days after collecting mine and was told there's nothing they could do. MPSS aren't on the spec sheet so not got a leg to stand on really. I ran the conti 3's until the tread ran out which was 11k miles. I switched onto MPS4S after that. My MPSS on my M135 lasted 25/30k which ...
I had the MPSS on my M135 and they were great, best tyre I'd ever had up to that point. My M2 came with conti 3's and I've just switched over to MPS4S. MPS4S are miles better IMO compared to the conti's and they've only been on a few days. The MPSS were designed for the M2 whereas the conti's are fi...

Not sure if that will be the time of year or not. There's 2 settings for the dash lights, one at dusk (white lights) and one when it's dark (orange lights).

I daily mine and it's fine for me and the mrs. The clutch is light enough for city traffic and it can swallow 4 adults without any hassle (drove to Scotland and back and had no complaints). The boot is big enough for day to day stuff and when I installed laminate flooring it was fine with the trip t...
My figures were based on 8k per annum but that seems low, is this for an unregistered 67 plate M2? It was for my M2 that's just coming up to being a year old. Manual with a few options. Had my deposit down since April last year but managed to grab a cancelled order and got it early (to my spec from...
