Re: Handover Day!

Just wait until they keep spamming you for servicing and VIP car sales events. You'll not like their active communication then.

All common.

They'll change the exhaust tips.

The inside of the bumper was classed as overspray I'm sure was the official wording.

Re: UK Car Sales

I think diesel vehicles will stop being produced by manufacturers due to the costs involved to reduce emissions even further Small petrol turbo vehicles and electric /hybrids will be the norm and it will happen very quickly Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk Volvo have already said they will stop...

Re: Low mileage, unrecorded 2008 135i at Copart YK58PYV

Looks like the bonnet has already been painted.

It isn't massive damage. Lots of 9 year old cars will have seen paint.

It will reappear as a carefully owned car.

Re: M140 or Cupra 300

Theres very cheap 2 year PCH deals on Cupra 300 at £259 down, £259 a month. The market will be flooded with them in a couple years. There's always cheap leases on something from VAG. How many left only show less than 400 290 Cupras and 270 Cupra 300s. They will always be a rare thing on UK roads.

Does anyone know if another update will come out this year?

When I got the car it had never been updated! So updated it to 2017-2 but wondered if there would be a 2017-3?
Mine is 2017-3.

Re: USB Map update

The issue I've got is BMW are slow to update the maps. The Diamond Bridge in Aberdeen opened about 18 months ago and it still doesn't work going down that road. The Sat Nav shows the bridge is there, but it won't navigate over it. The Sat Nav gets lost if I drive over it. Same with the Queensferry C...

Re: Sytner BMW Service Price - Extortionate

Looking at Sytner Coventry's website they quote £502 for the 2nd CBS oil service and £234 for the spark plug service.

Re: Sytner BMW Service Price - Extortionate

Why book the car in for a service without a quote?

Why leave it with them after being told £600?

Save everyone from the black reek.

BW Chiptune regularly posts on here to show that removing the DPF has a negative effect on the performance of a diesel and not a positive. He tells everyone not to remove them.

Is the Type R far worse on track than the m140 then?
Apparently it's great on the track. Very fast.
