Re: NEW TYRES - MPSS or PS4

I'm on Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3's currently, and they have a slightly soft sidewall too. Less noise, more wet grip, more comfort, softer turn-in. I just got a set of these too, had a deal on tyres on the drive and they were £420 for four. They might not be as good as the PSS when you're reall...

Re: My new machine

Made me laugh. Pro media pushes me over 40k and with the improvements to the normal nav I don’t think it’s worth it. I would ditch the sunroof and get the pro media. Not for me. I far prefer the light that a sunroof brings in. To me improves the interior no end. I knew it’s what people would sugges...

Sale Help

Hi,

I'm trying to list my car for sale, not having much luck in posting a new thread in the classifieds section.

Am I missing something? Is there much activity sales wise on newish cars on here, or am I wasting my time?

Thanks, Alexander.

Re: M135i Golf Tee mod

I've done this too. My left tip was so rattly and now it's open on cold start it's bliss. I mean bassy boomy bliss not quiet bliss. Haha. Deffo notice the difference cruising at low revs. Basically the same as sport drone wise but without the pops with my MPE.

Re: 1 series uncomfortable?

Having had to sell cars for giving me backache before now. The sports seats with added lumbar are the most comfortable I've ever had. The adjustable side bolsters and the way the whole seat tilts with the handle at the front is brilliant! I took 5 adults to Belgium in the car and it was tight but no...

Agreed. My E36 is on standard springs and next...

Re: lowering spring for M135i

This is how the car sits on the Motech Eibach kit. I find the ride excellent, it's just as comfortable if not a bit more composed than stock. It doesn't bounce around over railroad crossings like it did before. Handling is excellent. I also had mine spaced though, I love the stance! Problem is I've ...

Re: Metallic vibration noise in car

Good thinking! I've heard this too but thought it was coming from behind the climate and stereo fascia! Might be the speaker basket as I had to get a rear one padded after a similar noise at high volumes.

Re: Standard exhaust tips - warranty job?

I'm on my fourth set now. Dealer hasn't been funny about it, just slow. I asked for chrome finish to save replacing again but they will only replace like for like! Which at four sets a year is going to cost them.... Not so clever.

Re: The M140i photo thread

It starts to take over! Haha! The splitter is actually one that is manufactured by a guy on the forum called GazP, he produces limited numbers but they sometimes pop up in the classifieds section. It comes with the correct parts for fitting, but usually needs to be riveted to the front bumper altho...
