No OTA Map Updates

Hi All Is anyone having issues getting OTA map updates? My 2017 M140i is still stuck in 2017-3 version and I can't find any way to force it to update. Not sure whether switching to idrive6_lite has hindered this but that's been on since the day I got the car and had no issues with last years updates...

Re: Esys Issue

I found an older version of the premium launcher which seemed to do the trick (it required .net 3.5 to be installed before it would work on my win 10 laptop)

Esys Issue

Hi All

I seem to be having an issue with installing e-sys. Downloaded and installed the program, extracted the psdzdata lite to C:\Data\psdzdata and installed the premium launcher but I keep being asked to generate a code and it's got stuck on F999. Any ideas?

Re: Replacement Glass

Cheers guys. Effectively wasted 3 days as direct line never mentioned guaranteeing they'd sort any sensor issues out which occur as part of the replacement. If had said that would have been done already. Be glad when she's got it fixed so I can get my M140 back!

Replacement Glass

Hi All Misses has got a crack in the windscreen. Rang autoglass to get it sorted and requested oem glass. This has been rejected by her insurance (direct line) and if she wants oem it's going to cost a fortune. Is this going to affect any warranties with the car or will it be ok with the pilkinton g...

Re: Speed limit warning

Optional extra which is exactly the point made by Plant. I know. I was responding to GeeDee, making a point similar to yours later in your post. It's frustrating that it is an optional extra (I can understand the camera) but considering the live data these pro nav systems get there's no reason for ...

Re: Speed limit warning

Always thought it was irritating that the nav doesn't show the speed limit anywhere on the map like most other nav systems do That's because you have a Speedo and putting a GPS speed on the screen will contradict the mechanical speedo reading. Re: What car is next on your list?

Something electric/hybrid I think. Tesla Model 3 looking like a decent option but will depend on what everyone else does in the next few years. Think this will likely be my last combustion only powered car

Re: 1 series uncomfortable?

I feel like the seats in my 140 should be comfy but I'm really struggling to find the comfortable position, then I realised last night (after the Mrs pointed it out) that there's an additional leaver which I'd somehow missed at the front of, right hand side of the drivers seat. Hoping playing with t...
