Re: Rough Price Range?

I've just bought a brand new 240i for £32k. 3 year warranty, brand new tyres, brakes, wiper blades, first years road tax, no MOT for 3 years, zero previous owners, etc. If your car has only lost £8k in 3 years, you're doing very well. The keen PX is to sell you an M2. Ask them how much they'd give ...

Re: Rough Price Range?

Nice car, id say 22k is a half decent px offer. There is a fully kitted out m235i selling for 27k on bmw approved used, 28k on the clock 64 plate. If you sell privately you would get a solid 10 percent less of imagine. Yeah to be honest even I was surprised at the price they'd give me. I'd like to ...

To be fair it's not until I've just read your signature and realised it was a 235i and not a 135i you've got. I would say 20k is fair but most for sale are at least a couple grand higher, so no harm in chancing your hand at the 22-23k mark.
Yeah that makes sense, I thought 18k was low!

Re: Rough Price Range?

If you can, hold out and sell private. I was given a figure of £19k part ex on a Mini JCW, sold it privately within a week for £23.5k. It had the JCW Pro Exhaust that seemed to attract buyers. I'm definitely selling privately, there's no finance on the car so I'm in no rush to sell it. I also appre...

After reading your description and not any further comments I had the figure of £18k in my head, no real basis as to why but that's what was there. Coincidence that it matches another estimate.
Barons BMW Cambridge offered me £22,000 as a P/X a couple weeks ago.

£18,000 is a ludicrous valuation.

Re: Rough Price Range?

Not sure if in the wrong section but.... I will be looking to sell my car next month and I haven't yet decided what to price it, so I'm looking for opinions on a rough price range. I've seen some stupidly high prices and some equally low prices on Autotrader/Pistonheads. Spec is as follows; 25k mil...

Re: LED Performance Steering Wheel

They look great don't they! Though I think I specs to much time browsing and looking at stuff like that when really for the price its probably a bit gimmicky. Just get an LCI wheel covered in alcantara. Yeah I couldn't bring myself to spend near £1500 including fitting on it new, but if someone had...

LED Performance Steering Wheel

This may be a long shot, but does anyone have an LED Performance steering wheel that will fit a 2014 M235i for sale?

Was thinking could swap it for an original steering wheel and some cash or just straight up buy it.

Thanks.

Re: Buying a 17 plate M2

Some of the brokers have been advertising £3000 off the M2. It should be a bit more than that with options added and even more off a car that's already registered. £38,000 to PCP a car for 4 years is a lot of money. The salesman said that someone ordered the car and had to cancel as their P/X was c...
