Re: Cinematic video of my M135i

That is fantastic, a great combination of image and music, expect a call from BMW marketing division or an advertising company to put your obvious skills to the test. Superb.

Interesting plate.

Was thinking of a personal plate for my car the other day so looked at a few websites, and I saw that the DVLA is holding a sale/auction on Feb 21 and one of the plates up for grabs is M240BMW. I wonder if anybody on the forum may buy it?

Re: Joe Achilles - CarAdvice - VW

At least he's right about one thing- a car gets shipped around the world and they sell it for 10 grand less than we get it- that's not just insane Joe its a flamin' ripoff !!!

Did you get them from Motech, I hear they are doing good deals on suspension parts.

No offence meant. And I did apologise for the mick taking in the next post. This is largely an intelligent and constructive forum, unlike most on tinterweb, so take the odd jibe on the chin and come back stronger. Wheel/tyre package.

Thinking of buying a BBS wheel/tyre package for my 240 and thinking it will come without pressure sensors, if so can I fit the wheels straight to the car and will it drive without annoying pings and alarms or will I have to take the wheels to a local tyre centre and have the sensors refitted?

I'm very happy with my Eibach Pro Kit springs and Bilstein B8s. No issues whatsoever and the car handles very well without the ride being compromised.
I am thinking of a suspension change on my 240, does the Bilstein kit get rid of the bounciness and rebound issues?
