Re: Thinking of buying an M135i or M140i

m135i with high spec then. N55 sounds miles better than the b58 in the m140i, even though thats also a great engine it's proving to have some teething issues whereas the n55 in the m135i is solid and extremely reliable. M140i is more powerful but not by much at all and rolling pulls show there reall...

It's always the little guy getting f*cked over by these companies. I hope for your sake the financial ombudsman see the complete shambles from BMWs part and report in your favour.

Re: Pops and bangs question

Hardly any pops/bangs/crackles on my 2014 m135i with 33k on the clock. Is this normal? It gets a bit louder in sport mode but that's about it :/ Is it in Sports or Sports+? If you're in comfort you will get nothing really. My stock 2014 m135i made quite a fair bit of pops stock in sports, especiall...

Thank you!

Just a shout out and some pics of my extended black panel and cruise control retrofit done yesterday by wibbles. Excellent service and a top guy, hope to use him in the future. Re: Midpipe delete with exhaust mod 2014 m135i

can you elaborate on the mid pipe delete? i thought the m135i didn't really have any silencer resonators. When I look under the car there is a tiny tiny small "buldge" in the pipe work but thats it, can't see that making any difference. Unless I've just got the wrong idea here! :D

Re: dreadful exhaust flap rattle .

So mine went in today for first MOT, brake fluid service and warranty jobs. One of them being exhaust rattle. They have just called to say that the rattle is a "characteristic" (lol??) of the vehicle and there is no fault. Even though I showed them all the video of it happening.... Now what shall I...

I'd take a high spec 2016 over a low spec m140 any day if I was you.

Re: Supplying your own oil for first service

Nope. That was everything included. That's obv better than the £300 + that people were saying, how much did the oil come in at? Service standard scope. £16.44 Engine oil service £24.66 Microfilter service £16.44 Environmental Charge £10.50 Screenwash £2.92 Set oil fill £9.34 Micro Filter £38.04 Oil...

Re: 'Reborn Carbon' eBay spoiler and mirror caps install

Mine's been on about a 5/6 weeks and still okay but the tape definitely isn't the best (3M double sided). You can see it pulling away on the sides, especially on a hot day. I don't know how long it'll hold out lol. Always a bit worried it'll fly off on the motorway. I did put a ton of tape on it tho...

Lol. The Pre is ugly as sin. I would never have owned a 1er if the lci hadn't come out!
apart from front fins and rear lights it looks like the same car so that is a bizarre statement.

Re: Sunset orange or Estoril Blue arrrrraggghhh!

the orange looks stunning! In the light the more I see the pictures the more excited I get. The other colours I think I would have been happy with but don't think they would have excited me like this orange does. Annoyingly though all my work colleagues have guessed I'll go for orange. Thought it w...
