Re: What’s the exhaust of the moment for M140i

I was one day away from a Akro myself but by the time a quote came through I'd committed to the Milltek.

Charlie Open (ex Milltek) now heads up UK distribution and from what I hear you will not be disappointed :)

Re: Yet another M140 targeted

Does anyone also resort to good old fashioned Bolts too or are these considered fire hazards etc these days ?

Re: Yet another M140 targeted

This is really starting to concern me now, to date have always felt very secure living in a semi rural village etc but it seems no where is safe. I have considered a drop down post in the drive (£600) but this means 2 sets of keys and an increased risk of threat/injury to gain access. What about Gho...

Re: What’s the exhaust of the moment for M140i

For me Milltek or Remus cat back, money no object the Akrapovic. The MPE is expensive for a cut and shut valveless system that adds little to the overall volume except at cold start, I have the Milltek res delete cat back race system and it ticks all my boxes, new Shadow arrives tomorrow and the sys...

Re: M140i lci2 Shadow edt questions (dealer related)

My new car is being collected Monday and I sadly have the Orbit grey so unless I can identify a swap I'll be having them recoloured Ferric, I think I'm in the minority as I love the original wheels, I like a bit of bling :)

Re: Rybrook BMW M Performance Offers 20% plus free fitting !

The free fitting is great, couple of Guys at work have gone for the MPPK so remap and new intercooler etc coming in at under a £1000 fitted, not bad for a warranty supported tune etc. They have 330d's though :)

Re: Joe Achilles needs your help

Ha ha - so despite him gushing about his Motech fettled m135i he’s moving into a new ride.... Great from TRL and hopefully good news. for Motech too. JA needs to get Mike and co to work their magic on his new steer to stand behind his hype about his motech’d m135i. If he doesn’t then JA’s credibili...

Re: Official BMW Update: M140i - Whine Video - It's normal :(

Understand OP can't comment due to NDA etc, I recently threatened to cancel my order for an auto with Sytner and quoted this case. The sales manager went away, called me back after speaking to the group master tech and said all he could say was that"... the issue was now resolved and they do not exp...

Re: Milltek M140 Valved system Fitted

Apologies all, I've been stacked out at work and also not sure how to produce/post a video online as never done it before but if anyone is close by and wants to do some recording happy to oblige. System has been on for a few weeks now and loving it, no issues with drone or rattles etc and just very ...

Re: M135i - Family car?

The car is plenty to big enough if you like it enough to justify the odd cramped experience, as others have said a roof box for holidays or weekend away, don't be miserable in an MPV. When our first child arrived I sold my 3 door S3 and bought an A4 Avant diesel, sold it 3 months later, bought anoth...
