What weight are the OZ Ultraleggeras?
What weight are standard wheels?
8kg vs 11kg

Alleggerita HLT's are slightly lighter again.

£26k? Initial depreciation is really harsh, they get easier to own once 4 or 5 years old.

I guess the old one will say something like 'up to 2008' next to it?

Quick question on 125i again did any 58 plates come with the updated cylinder head or was it just 09 plates?
Check the part numbers/dates in Realoem.

Re: E87 120D think my turbo is shot....

Agreed, sounds like a classic 'runaway' diseasil due to worn turbo seals.

You were lucky, they usually seize if you can't pull a charge pipe off quickly enough.

Wibbles job surely. It will still be an OEM developed kit, just installed by someone who actually cares.

Re: Purchasing a M240i opinions please

Here's a nice newer 17 plate with a few less miles for £25k: https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified ... 9289758459 , so that's approx my figure.

Re: Purchasing a M240i opinions please

No, the MP kit doesn't add much value, don't get punked unless you really want it.

Current prices on M235i (which are only 3 years old) start at less than £20k, so I can't see a 5 year old car being worth anything like £22k I'm afraid.

225 - 230?

People have tried to push them further on the continent, but have suffered cracked cranks.

If you're suffering with lack of traction, you might want different (wider) alloys, or an LSD.

PS4 are designed to be worse in the dry/warmer temps, but better in the wet/cooler temps.

Do they still sell PSS? I have them on mine, Had them on two years and after various days down The Pod on them, They still have 4 mil of tread great tyre imo..
As they're CE original equipment, I believe Michelin will be obliged to supply BMW with them until 2022 or something.
