Re: BMW Price increase announced

I really should have bought that M3 in November on 0%. It''l end up costing £200 per month more at this rate.

Wonder how this will effect the M2 Competition.

Re: BMW Price increase announced

I understand APR's could be changing too. Well at least I've been told Pre Reg cars will be minimum 5.9% now.

Re: M2 CS late 2018

A post on an alternative US-centric website suggests their dealer has seen the M2 CS Production on the computer screen beginning July 2018, coinciding with the End of Production of the LCI.

Re: 19” MPSS road noise on pre-cast concrete road surface

BP, It's the same with any tyre. My M2 does it with Conti 3's on it and my Golf GTi does with 19" Goodyear Eagle F1 Asym 2's. I think it's just that section of the M25. Maybe and then maybe not - The noise on MPSS 19" in the M2 is noticeably more than 18" MPSS on my fettled m135i. Hopefully it'll b...

Re: Beware the price crash...

I got a good discount (13%) at the time when I bought my M135i however a few months later 22% was achievable. The knock on effect is I've been in negative equity since I have owned it. 4.5 years. Getting better although it doesn't help I'm over the 32k miles by 40k!!! To get some equity back for a d...

Re: M2 on the cards

You're like me mate. Always chopping in cars, it's drives swmbo mental lol. I test drove the m2 but wasn't blown away by it tbh, that was compared to my 140 though. Handled well though. I'm going to try and get another test drive to see if it was just a 1 off. I do feel like bmw skimped on the m2 e...

Re: New member - intro

So far so good, im having to drive it sensibly until the running in service is done. I will get a photo up shortly. The day i got it i ...

I can't see bmw making all these changes for just a competition model, that's a serious amount of differences.
They already have. There are at least 20 of them built already.

Re: M2 discounts %

As far as I'm aware the Competition won't be limited (except by production capacity as with the current model) as it just replaces the current M2 when ends production in July/August next year. Hmmm ok thanks, might be worth holding on then to have a see! Indeed, I'm in that situation. Had a deposit...

Re: M2 discounts %

Although with the Competition coming next year its tough to say whether or not its worth committing to the current car, as good as it is. Limited numbers though aren't they so chances of securing one will be slim? As far as I'm aware the Competition won't be limited (except by production capacity a...

Re: M2 discounts %

Has 2 on the thread today with £5k off and really good PCP! You’ll want the adaptive led front for a LCI.. Indeed. Adaptive LEDs and one of those may well have been mine! Although with the Competition coming next year its tough to say whether or not its worth committing to the current car, as good ...

Wish I kept my 1M. With a GFV of £12.7k when I bought it in 2011, I'd of had £30k equity come PCP finish. LOL. :(

Re: Picking up the M2 tomorrow!!

Congrats on the new motor. Looks awesome. Managed to see an MG in the flesh for the first time other day (saw two LLB this morning alone!). Maybe my new favourite colour. Sorry to hear about the scuff. PPF seems to have done a good job from the pics. Thanks, the odd thing is I have not seen more th...
