Possible Door Lock Issue? MY15

No idea who I'm asked what. Drugs from foot surgery are screwing with my brain.

Anyone who with the car locked can use the tailgate button to only unlock and pop the tailgate please let us know what settings you have. :-)

Possible Door Lock Issue? MY15

What have you got each of the settings for auto lock, open one or all etc etc? Doesn't matter which car (for some reason I thought you had a 1er sorry), I will just set the same and see if it makes a difference. I recall reading that the active tourer is using the same platform as the mini and not t...

Re: Possible Door Lock Issue? MY15

What settings have you got for all of those on your 1? I might be able to get out to the car and copy them if I can walk later (foot surgery earlier in the week). I'm not that bothered but like you wondering why yours seems to be different :-)

Re: Possible Door Lock Issue? MY15

I don't get the point of the boot unlock (with or without unlocking the doors). You still have to open the actual boot by hand (unless you've done a spring mod). Seems to me BMW just wanted to have an extra button on the remote. The idea is this (in my mind) you tip up to your car with a trolley fu...

Re: When does it wear off ?

Never but if you use parent and child spaces your usually quite safe because they are so much bigger than normal spaces. All you need is a kids seat in car lol Apart from when the kids 'park' their parents trolleys. Not warn off for me. Been doing it for double digit years. Only didn't care where I...

You can't really see it in the orig pics, but I'm guessing the vents used to be red.

Re: Hampshire/Berkshire servicing?

Sorry to resurrect an old thread... took car for service to Harwoods in Basingstoke today on recommendation. Took a look at the dash cam footage when I got home and they treated the car with great respect. Drove it like my mother on the test drive. So all good! They did keep me waiting for the car w...

Re: Official ///M badge wa**er thread

If anything I wish they'd match the font size for the m and the 320. It was kind of cool and fun to use every font wasting the schools tractor paper printing from the bbc micro back in the 80s but mix and match on a car, come on! Have some taste!

Re: Official ///M badge wa**er thread

M badge stuck on - cheap
Quad exhausts - effort and money required. (Not that I like em, I bought an m135i because it doesn't have quad exhausts!)

I recall some 'replica' kit car ferraris were crushed, was it Italy or France? Perhaps m badge cars should be crushed as fakes too ;-)
