I am looking for a 130i m-sport (E87)
fairly flexible on spec
ideally less than 100k
FSH is fairly important to me
ideally black leather interior but would consider something else
ideally a darker colour but again flexible
budget is about £7k but can stretch to more for the right car.
I'm based in west sussex (RH17) but willing to travel

Looking for a seller actually wanting to sell their car and also someone realistic with the price vs condition of the car. I'd prefer a cleaner car but would also consider something that needs some work so long as its priced accordingly.

Ideally looking to view this saturday. I'm ready to buy and don't want to wait
Randomfry has a black E87 130i for sale at the moment and it's spot on your budget. Just go to the for sale section - BMW cars and you should find it.

viewed it. it wasn't as good as the photos suggested! (turns out most of them are 2years old the you check his instagram) also he has zero service history since he's owned it. A few receipts but no proof of even an oil change! Made a counter offer on it to start a negation but he wanted far too much considering body damage (there's more than he's shown) and lack of history. Plus its non xenons and also brakes are plain dangerous in current condition!

thanks but no thanks

I've no affiliation with him, just thought I would point it out to you. Just keep your eyes on the for sale section and this thread. Roundasapound is often posting links from other sites on here. She's pretty good at hunting them down :)

Pay attention man!!
Have you been reading this thread?!

The man's car has issues and the feedback isn't positive.
I don't need to read this thread ... I've already got one
No, I have to hold my hands up on that one. I did read about that earlier but didn't realise it was that car. Serves me right for treading on your toes eh

well I've finally heard back from M... He's popping it in for a fresh MOT tomorrow and I'm hopefully going to see it Saturday!

but he started talking about him using a different MOT centre than usual so they'll probably try and find work! he also started talking about a load of other interested people, despite him not originally planning on selling it until March!

I'm not holding my breath but my fingers are crossed lol

Cheap BMW's almost always cost more in the end than well looked after cars which are priced higher initially, this is even more true with a car like the 130i which has fallen into the hands of boy racers and been neglected. I have bought three of these cars in the last two years and there are a lot of nasty examples out there. Caveat emptor and don't be a tight git if you want a good one.

Is it just me or are the tips on that blue one sticking out a bit further than normal?

I think the right hand one looks ok but the left hand one is too far out. Maybe the box isn't on square or it's had a knock. Something doesn't look right.
