Bilt Hamber: Finis-wax vs double speed wax

Post by Menace » Thu Oct 08, 2015 4:40 pm

As the title has anyone had first hand experience of both?

I've used the Finis for the last two years and am aware that the DSW came out top in the latest AutoExpress awards.
I'm stuck between the two: finis came fourth in the same testing (if you believe all you read) but I can't help but think the DSW got extra marks for much lower cost – I have a mineral grey colour car so am only interested in the best of the two for a dark colour – cost is not a factor.

Any thoughts as ever much appreciated.

When weather improves I'll take some more pictures, but I've got DSW on my MG car.

x2 coats of 3M Ultrafina
x1 of Dodojuice Purple Haze (using the last of my old wax up)
x1 of DSW

It was very easy to use. I think it beads better than the purple haze. I've not used finis so can't compare directly.
