Seemed to remember reading somewhere that the left hand pair outlet was a flashback to the tti, forgot to save the page for future proof.

Sorry, I forgot Wikipedia was the best source of information and was taken as gospel. Do you honestly take Wikipedia at face value?! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:. Anybody can write whatever they want on Wikipedia. Those links that you quoted, they're all personal opinions. Not official.

Besides, nowhere does it say it was a homage to the 2002. Just says things like cousin or spiritual successor. Reason being because it's a RWD coupe with a turbo engine. Those merits alone don't really make it a homage.

Have a look at the CSL Batmobile and the Homage to that if you want to see a proper homage and speaking of the 2002 homage. THIS if the official BMW homage to the 2002: https://www.topgear.com/car-news/concep ... ge-concept and that's based on the 235i, however, it's a concept.

Now, you were saying?

however, gentleman and "Big Boy" explains the forums certain people log onto :oops:
I remember the days I used to see a nice car parked up and take a photograph of it. Was never the sort of fellow to pretend it was my own though (;

They also made this. The 2002 Hommage. Which is official albeit a concept.
