Samsung Phone - Bluetooth in E87

Post by barneyrubble » Mon Apr 17, 2017 11:29 pm

So i've had iphones for years and they've worked first time each time on my e87

I've just swapped over to the dark side and am now an android user.........

My Samsung galaxy Edge S7 will pair - then disappears from the system completely.

Anyone actually managed to pair an S7 edge with an e87??

I've had an S6 paired with my e81 for the last two years and in that time it has dropped twice; most of the time it is fine. No idea why it was forgotten by the car. I don't use it that often so maybe it's time related?
Have you made sure that the car bluetooth system is clear of all other phones in it's memory? I'm guessing we are running the same operating system on our Samsung's, so shouldnt be that.
:? :? :?

I've tried pretty much everything I can.

Pone works fine on wife's mini but not the e87

iphone connects first time. There's one final thing i can do which is to clear the bluetooth cache....
