Well, it's been a while but I've been busy organising the BBMW stand at Santa Pod

Now that's all finished (great day out with the guys/gals) I thought I'd post some pics of how she looked before the show...

Attended the famous Black Mountains Blast on 13th August...
19 cars this time around :D

For anyone who has not been on a 'blast' it is an amazing day out and well worth the (very) early start to make the "grand depart" from S.Wales at 6am

Got a bit OCD with some minor swirl marks I managed to catch sight of in the strong sunlight recently, so out came the DA again...

Got a set of Ian's v2 camber plates to go on sometime soon then off for Hunter alignment to dial in some more -ve camber and give the semi-slicks a bit more room when pressing on a bit (the Black Mountains Blast proved that they still rub if I try hard enough)!
Cheers,

Why thank you kind Sir..! :D

I've used Waxaddict stuff for a couple of years now and it's all good stuff but this is what I'm mostly liking right now...
https://www.waxaddict.co.uk/quartz

It's expensive  but seems to last forever as it goes on so thinly (nice warm panels make it a doddle)!

Have a browse around their site as they normally have some samples you can try...

My original 30ml sample pot lasted just over 9 months so by my man maths a full pot should do about 5 years...

Hi Dino,
It's one of Stubbsy_135i custom made jobs 😉
He sold a few at Pod last year and then demand dried up so don't know if he's still got any...

Thanks, I'l send him a PM. I've been on the look out for a decent splitter and yours is one of the only ones I like the look of!

That is an uber cool looking 135i.

Have to say the wax looks good and well worth it. I'm a big fan of paying for a decent wax.

I currently love my CG Celeste Detaglio stuff (spelling maybe wrong). Its a soft wax but looks amazing. Having said that - not used it on my M240i yet.

Cheers Chris :D
I must admit it's a bit painful on the wallet for the initial purchase but very satisfying every time I give it a good detail then stand back and check out the reflections
