No Parking Sensors - what shall I do??

Post by rexthedog » Mon Jun 19, 2017 1:42 pm

Whats up party people

I got a 125d M sport with no parking sensors. Didn't think this would bother me at the time of purchase, but living in London and having to parallel park tight spots everyday I realised this was a massive error.

Does anyone have any knowledge on retrofitting parking sensors (BMW or third party) that are effective and not too expensive?

First hand experience would be great.

Cheers,
Rex.

I've fitted a Dolphin Kit in the past (to MiL's car), worked well.

Where I used to work used to do parking sensors on a weekly basis. They were universal sensors with a buzzer. Cost £200 or so IIRC but could be wrong. Worked well.
