M135i brakes on 130i. Which braided hoses?
Before I go buying the wrong ones thought I’d ask on here. I’m putting an M135i brake setup on the front of my E81 130i and also want to upgrade the hoses all round. Can I still buy a HEL braided hose kit sized for the 130i? Will this suit the new M135i calipers I will have fitted?

On my previous 120d E82, I used E82 stainless lines with the M135i F2x calipers. Perfect fit!

I bought some Wezmoto braided hoses, they were the cheapest I could find, had decent reviews and come with a lifetime warranty..
Only had them installed for around 9 months and when I removed them found both sides had begun to shown corrosion on the braided lines... I'm not even sure how it happened as they had a clear plastic coat over them!
Even with the lifetime warranty I don't want to replace them, I'm now back on BMW rubber hoses. This might be a case of buy cheap, buy twice but I think you should save yourself the money and just pick up a brand new set of standard hoses.

Common issue with cheap hoses which often use nickel plated mild steel fittings which soon rust, we use Hel for ours which are 100% stainless
