What do people use on performance brake calipers?

I use FinishKare 1000P high temp wax. Used this on my last few cars and never had an issue. Do a proper clean with a water based degreaser and a brush, dry them and a couple of coats of this wax. A quick blast with the jet wash brings them up like new again.

It's £4 for a sample pot and will easily last years you only need to use a tiny amount.
