Christmas 2017 Opening Hours - Chris Knott

A big thank you to every club member who has requested a quote or gone on cover with us this year - it is greatly appreciated.

This just to let you know that though our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 12noon there are alterations if you need to contact us over the festive period...

In addition to the main holidays we'll be giving staff a couple of extra days off to rest and enjoy time with their loved ones. Here are details of the changes to the above:

TUESDAY 19TH DECEMBER - Open 9am to 12.30pm (firm's Christmas lunch)

FRIDAY 22ND DECEMBER - Open 9am to 12.30pm
SATURDAY 23RD DECEMBER - CLOSED
SUNDAY 24TH DECEMBER - CLOSED
CHRISTMAS DAY - CLOSED
BOXING DAY - CLOSED
WEDNESDAY 27TH DECEMBER - CLOSED
THURSDAY 28TH DECEMBER - Open 9am to 5pm
FRIDAY 29TH DECEMBER - Open 9am to 12.30pm
SATURDAY 30TH DECEMBER - CLOSED
SUNDAY 31ST DECEMBER - CLOSED
NEW YEAR'S DAY - CLOSED

Normal opening hours resume on Tuesday 2nd January.

Please note: We will be running with reduced staffing levels over Christmas so please bear with us if you don't get through first time.

Policy Renewals
If you'd like to renew your policy, you can do so online here - - using a credit or debit card.

Motor Claims (exc. windscreens)
To report an accident involving your vehicle, please call 0345 618 8316.

All Other Claims (inc. windcsreens)
For ANY OTHER CLAIMS please refer to your insurer's documentation for the appropriate number to call.
