Hey guys, quick question:

I've a set of Zito 935 in the shed...

8.5" ET40 front, 9.5" ET45 rear. With 225x40 and 255x35, will they fit an F20 that's lowered 25mm?

Anyone able to advise me on this?
Might help mate?

Good shout, Stu, thanks. Looks like Marco thinks they'll fit. I trust his judgement in these things.

Have a look at this thread - DeanBeanoTaylor's black m135i LCI with 18" BBS alloys F - 8" x et40mm with 235 tyres and R - 9" x et44mm with 255 tyres on H&R springs.

Rears look quite snug so 9.5" x et45mm will be a tad tighter

Thanks for that. I'd say 'snug' was a good word. My wheels are 12.7mm wider than that, so half that as the offset it virtually the same and mine would be sat another 6.3mm (ish) further out.

Hmm, might have to go with 215/245 rubber...

The tyre centre line would be 1mm further in though, so more clearance (assuming a sensible ride height).

If the 6mm extra tyre wall 'stretch' would offend you, try to find something narrower. :)

I think perhaps I've posted pics before of my 18x8.5" ET43 AC Schnitzer Type 3 wheels on my previous M135i.. Here they are on my previous LCI M140i :D

FYI - Needs a 5mm spacer to clear the brake caliper making it ET38 and car is lowered on H&R -15mm springs

Finally found some wheels for our M140..before I order them....

8x18 Et35 (f) and 8.5x18 et37 (r)

or

8x18 et35 square?

Swaying towards the top ones, thinking that I could get a 255/35 on the rears when the current MPSS are done. Is this even possible, or do I go square (using stock MPSS sizes) Tried to have a measure up today, but its snowing like hell and blowing a gale, so hoping someone can advise me 8)

Will be looking to lower slightly too (15mm or so)

Wheels in question are Novus 0.1.

ET37 is too little for a 255mm rear boot, do they come in an ET44 (approx)?

Nope, just the two sizes I posted unfortunately. Think I'll just go square and stick to the stock size tyres. Was only a thought later down the line to try run a 255 rear.

Will these work without spacers..etc on a F20 116i currently with a staggered 17 " BMW alloy 225 front 245 rear.

Wonder why the rear tyre size suggested is 255.

Yeah they'll fit perfectly, no additional spacers required.

255/35 rear would be ideal to give you a little rim protection. They'll also be the exact same diameter as the fronts, rather than the smaller diameter 245/35.

Hey. Quick question just to double check fitment.

I'm buying these wheels, they are currently out of stock but will be back in approx 3 weeks.

According to customer service they will send ET35 for front and rear. Is that ok?

9.5" wide at ET35 is going to poke right out the sides. Over 36mm more stance than the stock rears, and that's assuming you're going to stretch a relatively skinny 245/30/19 on the back.

Hey. Thanks for the reply.

255/30/19 on the rear was the plan.

So you're saying with 245 it will poke out 36mm more than stock? Thanks. I'll measure how that looks and decide from there. :)
