hello guys, I'm an Italian guy so I'm writing through a translator because I do not know the english .. I wanted to ask an information .. I am owner of a BMW 1er F20 and I was planning to mount the 18x8 ET40 front and 40 behind 18x8,5 et .. but by law can not protrude from the fender .. I read in the Italian forum but can not find them answer .. you see that mounted wheels of this type .. you know if it leans? many thanks in advance..

Hi, I have F22 2series car.

I have 8" width on my front wheel with ET36 so yours would sit 4mm more inward than mine does.

I have 8.5" width on my rear wheel with ET47 so yours would sit 7mm more outward than mine does.

hello, thank you for answering .. so on my F20 protrude outside the fender .. your wheels are at the limit .. .. but I wanted to assemble these must be for the series 3Image

Your front will be okay but your rear may sit level or protrude slightly depending on tyre size.

Got them from Gumtree for a decent price but they were a serious mess when I got them. Lepsons worked their magic and they are epic now. If I sell them I'll keep you in mind.

Bola msh, 9j rears et 45, 8j fronts et 40 recently purchased from bm Autosport. Fits really well on standard tyre sizes. Image Image

I'm guessing their et43... what tyre sizes are you running?

Yup they are et43. The front tyres are 225 40 18 and the rear are 245 40 18. I'm going to change the rears to 255 35 18 next.
