IT

Had various Sys Admin style roles including for a Premier League football club.

Now work in infrastructure monitoring and performance analysis (Operations Manager etc) for a a FTSE 100 company who deal mostly in defence / engineering.

All true but sounds better than it is in no doubt :D

Logistics, mainly shipping all sorts of things across the Atlantic. Also involved with buying UK and European products and selling them to overseas buyers.

Tfl is underground, its not driving overground trains.
Lots of similarities but still different jobs.

Mate - I earn more money doing nothing and being semi-retired than they would ever pay with my hand on Ivor's knob.....

7 years in and luckily I haven't.
