Not many at all :)
Just sussing out the diff between a diff type that will theoeretically last forever vs one that won't lol. But it's fine for my usage. Thanks :)

Again, Im no expert on the F2* but with the E8* the easiest route is just to replace the back end of the prop with a custom made piece.

Anyone else have thoughts? I'm leaning towards MP due to keeping open diff.

Jah,

QLSD or MPLSD - either will be a worthwhile addition to your car.

Yes I have QLSD.

I have driven two 1 series with QLSD and found them to be very good OP.
You cant go wrong with either and the Q is a great price as well.

How does the MPLSD 30% accel 9% decel locking compare to the QLSD in terms of overall feel? My preference would be an LSD that is predictable :)

Ive got an E92 M3 diff fitted and Id say its more predictable than the Quaife, you can feel it working more on deceleration but the actual "locking" doesnt feel too different between the two in my (limited) experience.

Custom rear section of prop, M3 diff, output flange and driveshafts ...... thats pretty much it. I know Rob180bhp did his himself, I got a garage to do mine - more hassle but it works out a lot cheaper than the Quaife.
