Who knows how this is done?

I want mine updating but not sure whats involved....

Any help appreicated

Esys, enet cable & a full set of data files.

Optional: 50 amp power supply - I don't flash a car without one personally.

So it's a full I-step firmware update - I thought as much.

I don't mind coding but that's a bit beyond my comfort level I think.

How long does it take and I presume everything needs re-coding again afterwards?

Only the EGS ecu will be flashed, takes about 20 mins to update it. It won't wipe any existing coding unless you have coded the EGS, which is unlikely.

Thats not too bad then if its just the EGS, the only thing part coded on that was ECO PRO SAILING.

I don't do firmware updates remotely, except for the Alpina flash on E series cars.
