I bought the official Carly Bluetooth v2 and it picks up 14 ECUs on mine if that helps anyone.

As Conrad says, buy the Carly one. Okay they cost a few quid more but they work 100% and save time and frustration.

I bought a cheap one, was given one to try and then came to my senses and parted with my beer tokens. Coded more than I wanted, read and cleared error codes and its there if ever I need it in the future.
