I think the 0% is dealer funded so expect the Berry BMW contribution to reduce about as much as the finance would otherwise cost over the term?

I’m just guessing and no doubt Tony will confirm.

Correct on that front. The dealer has to subsidise this November 0% offer.... so discounts are around 6% less and there is £250 less deposit
contribution. All in all its still a saving over the 4.9% deal... but only if you keep the car the full 4 years. If you trade it in early then you have
paid more for the car than you needed to. Also its only on stock cars... of which there are very few and they tend to be the dregs sitting in a showroom somewhere with kids climbing all over them. And may have been polished with a dirty rag every day for the past month.... I would pass!

Fact - my kids do this almost weekly at the moment, available car is their favourite playground

Hi
Ive today been completely rodgered by (i wont mention dealer) paid a deposit on an m140i shadow edt, sorted finance etc went down today to sort out a pick up date and theyve sold the car 😡😡😡 not a happy chappy.

I was getting a very good deal,12k/year £354/pm 0% no deposit. Only spec was heated leather. Was white, manual 3 door.

What deals could you do on a new similar/better spec car. Cant be more than £355/pm. I can posibly jig deposit around a bit

Pm me if easier.
Thank you

Based on TRLs numbers, a new one with no deposit would be £387. Give this a try.

If you've paid a deposit you have a contract with the dealer which they have reneged on by selling the car to the third party. Go and get a deal elsewhere and, if it costs you more, go back to the initial dealer and ask them to cover any difference. You have a legal claim here, potentially, if you can be bothered with it. Speak to CAB or a solicitor, get some formal advice on the situation. HTH

Edit: In the first instance I'd tell the dealer you intend to do this. They might pull the stops out to stop you pursuing them for any costs.
