Full BCS here too with sports cat, awesome on full chat and burbles well stood still. I reckon it would defo pass track days, my FRS was louder and only failed Donnington 98db.

Would that pass a track day noise test?
If all you did was change the mid pipe (on a 140i) then yes.

If you decatted and went for the full BCS cat back, I'm not so sure.

If anyone wants a video I've got a full system with sports cat on my M135i, PM your number and I can whatsapp you some vids. It's bloody epic, genuinely pretty quiet when pootling around town. In fact my dad took it to work and barely noticed a difference other than a slight hum at 70, but the full boost noise is pretty loud, and makes the sound much more aggressive. They aren't cheap but they do transform the car.

Damn that's a gorgeous peice of engineering! So jealous haha not quite sure how long I'll be waiting gonna ask next week to see what current ETA is. Absolutley dying to receive it and get it fitted! I turned off Active sound today to see what it's like and it's worse than I thought. The car was as silent as a rolls inside. how long did you have to wait? I ordered on the 3rd of May.

Cheers, Rob

For anyone that has the valve open all the time (collar clamp?) rather than on boost did you then ask them not to fit the link/tapping to the boost pipework?

Hi, I am new - recently purchased an M135i and really tempted with the BCS Powervalve exhaust. Had a chat with Nige at BCS and he was really helpful.

Looking through the forum there are a few different prices quoted for the exhaust. Can any one provide me with a price check to ensure that I am getting the best possible price from BCS? I understand that BCS provide a BabyBMW forum member discount :) every little helps!

Thanks
Rob
