Drove the car with the cat delete on tonight....
wow - on boost it sounded like a 911 GT3 race car, a bit to rich for my blood but then again that's why we offer the Powervalve system with the centre silenced option.
More videos to come tomorrow for comparison purposes.

Ok quick update.

To be honest I was a little dubious as to have much difference the DP would make. Especially with the new larger turbo outlet. The DP has significantly changed both performance with quicker spool up and noise with a much more raspy note.

Seems to me now that if you want the most out of your N55 and jb4 the DP opens the door to the next level. Map 5 def feels very strong, and as I said boost comes up early with less lag. Map2is equally impressive, with perhaps more boost in the midrange, but I'd happily run either. The cracks on gear change now are just mental, just enough extra noise without being in need of an ASBO.

I will post some recordings of the sound etc when I get back from my trip in a couple of weeks, but if your considering one of these then you really won't be disappointed. Absolutely spot on service from BCS, great bunch of guys, thank you! I'm one happy boy...

Can I ask if the top end is any more free revving or do you just get more low end and mid range grunt?

I would say it improves top end too but bottom end torque is most significant.
