I've got a 2017 220i sport gran tourer,i have had a tow bar fitted does anyone know if the car is fitted with automatic trailer stability through the tow bar electrics which are dedicated Westfalia.

Tried a quick search and found this link to a spec, but don't think it conclusively answers your question - though it doesn't list trailer stability in the 'driving stability' section, so I guess probably not from that BMW spec:

However, this independent page says that 2 Series F45 does:

Then though I think I may have found a more conclusive answer in both these BMW affiliated links:

They both say that this is part of the DSC on BMWs which is in the spec, so from what I can see, I'd say a yes but if you wanted 100% you may have to ask BMW direct.

Does an indicator illuminate on the dash to say you have a trailer attached. If so then yes.
MY SIGNATURE STOPPED WORKING AFTER AN UPDATE.
