I know it's been done to death, but want some expert advice.
I have 140i totally standard and want different wheels two sizes I'm interested in are,
18x8 et34 72.6 centre bore or 18x8et43 72.6 CB
Don't want any rubbing issues and don't want it to Carlos fandango.
Going to reuse original tyres
If you are sticking to std. ride height then I personally think 8" ET43 would be better...
8" ET34 would look pretty stanced and although you shouldn't get any rubbing issues with std. rubber it may look awkward if not on lowered suspension in my opinion (YMMV)
Been offered these will they fit?
Fronts 8.0jx19ehz is36 with 225/40/19 tyres
Rear 8.5jx19ehz is47 with 255/35/19 tyres
Think there off m4 Totally standard m140
Advert says genuine 3. 4. Series 442 m
Sport wheels and wants £895 tyres have
5 mm left on them what do you reckon
Is that a good price ? Wheels have been
Re powder coated etc look like new

Although the 3/4 series wheels are more aggressive offset, they will fit an F2x..
One thing to take note is that the std. tyre sizes are larger diameter (bigger % profile e.g 40 instead of 35 anf 35 instead of 30) than that of the F2x so your speedo will be out a little if you use those original tyres
Thanks for all your help sooty it's a mine field just to find new wheels, don't know
What to do now think I will mull over it, might make stupid offer on wheels see
