M2 - questions

Hi

All I seem to do nowadays is look at M2s and I'm a little confused about what's what ? I'll be making the move as soon as finances allow but just trying to make sense of it all

What's the difference between LCI and pre LCI ? See the below list have I missed anything ?

Gloss black rear diffuser
New instrument dials
LED headlights
Rear darker lights
Rear darker vertical reflector things ? (Not sure about this one)

So more questions

1) Is the Standard non lci rear diffuser a grey colour ?
2) Is the MP rear diffuser a different shape to the original and carbon ? Or is it the same shape and just carbon
3) Is there a difference in the shape of the rear diffuser between LCI and Non LCI ? Or was it just a colour change ?
4) Are the darker lci rear lights a straight swap.
5) I've heard some people upgrading the interior to carbon trim. I though Carbon was standard ?
6) what is the handbrake gaitor and gear gator made out off - alcantara or leather ?

In answer;

1 - Matt black ABS looks v dark grey in certain lighting
2 - MP Diffuser is gloss carbon and is more contoured as well as having diffuser fins on lower receding edge. Suits larger bore tail pipes such as MPE
3 - No
4 - Yes but need coding
5 - Dry carbon standard but the upgrades are usually to gear selector and surround, handbrake assembly and steering wheel lower insert via the MP parts catalogue in matching dry carbon/alcantara
6 - Standard handbrake is brushed metal and leather, upgrade is carbon and Alcantara gaiter, not sure about stick as I am DCT

Mine

I also have the MP Alcantara Wheel

With new pro nav (with the tiles) can you still save CD's to a built in hard drive or has this been dropped now?

My granddads 2 series active tourer doesn't seem to have this feature, or at least he can't find it anyway!

Thanks

Cool, thanks guys. Does it just come up with a promt to save to music collection when a new CD is inserted, or do you need to access a menu?
