Re: Stuck between used and PCP

Same here boldie (after doing PCP) for three years I now have a car that although high mileage on mine is in mint condition inside and out and is worth less than £20k when it was nearly £40k new. I have spent £20k in three years renting a car effectively. I could have the car I own now for as much a...

Re: Stuck between used and PCP

interest rate will be higher on PCP than a loan, so you will pay more cash out on PCP + you will lose a chunk in depreciation. If you are happy paying those monthlies to get nothing at the end go PCP. PCP not sure what people have been offered for their cars at the end of deals. I was told on mine i...

Is removing steering wheel the same as old 1 series?

Just wondering if there is a guide to removing the steering wheel in an m235i.

Want to take my digital performance steering wheel off.

Thanks

Re: Anyone traded in their m235i yet?

56k miles on mine so it is a high miler but gfv is £16k based on 15k a year so yes a three year old car with 45k miles has a gfv of £16k Looking on auto trader £16k doesn't sound far off as a lower mileage car through a dealer is £20k ish. Might just keep the car then but will see what deals are out...

Re: Anyone traded in their m235i yet?

Evans halshaw quoting £16k trade in on mine. We buy any car £16k too so means I can trade it in effectively without incurring a mileage car by giving it back to BMW. Selling private I can't see it getting much more, private seller and warranty up as it's three years old. Good information though than...

Anyone traded in their m235i yet?

My car is due to go back in April after a 3 year pcp but I've over miled it so will have to pay about £1.5k upon handing it back based on gfv and charge per mile. I reckon I will just keep the car but did wonder whether I would get a better deal trading the car in against a new BMW? Will BMW do this...

Re: Where can 2nd service my car?

Yeah they do seem really expensive.

They also charged me for my oil top up which I have. Ow found out is covered by the service pack so will be phoning tomorrow to get that refunded.

Will call some independents tomorrow see what they say.

Re: Where can 2nd service my car?

Nope, I am really annoyed but its in black and white. 3 years or 50,000 miles so my own fault. So my service pack cost £500 and got me a first service. After calling around, BMW coventry quoting £565 for the second service so looks like thats where I am going. Feel quite annoyed, but my own fault fo...

Where can 2nd service my car?

Have royally messed up. Bought the service inclusive pack and did not realise it ran out at 50,000 miles. My car is now 2 and a half years old and on 50,700 miles and therefore the service pack is invalid. BMW leicester have just quoted £685 to do a 2nd service. Anyone know if this can be got cheape...
