3 series reveal event; worth going?

Been invited to reveal event on Thursday; just wondered is it worth it? 2hrs and free drinks/canapes etc. Anyone had experience of this type of thing. Am I better just going solo later on and taking my time or mixing with the rich and famous/wanabes?
I am considering a 3 series btw.

Re: Remove wing mirror glass with suction cup

Great idea. I've seen a similar thought for replacing centre caps on wheels.

I read somewhere to check under the front bumper for damage caused when they take if off the low loader.

Re: How dark is the Sun protection glass (window tints) on the F20/F21?

Not dark enough! I wish they'd do the standard tints darker like on the Fords. Thinking of getting mine tinted again even tho it has sun protection glass.. I use these, but only for the rear sides as the back window comes in two parts and is distracting. I have factory tints but like it dark. Beaut...

Always check the invoice!

My 61 plate E81 had a major service at Yeovil BMW yesterday. I thought it was expensive but paid up. Checked the invoice today to find they had charged me for four fuel filters @ £42.92 each. I called them up to question this as I was pretty sure it only had one ( ). They checked the invoice a...

Re: Racing games

I get bored with car/racing games pretty quick as they are all more or less the same thing. I keep thinking that if I want to drive a car I'll do it for real (albeit safely - but with no reset to track option  ). I prefer shooters like BF4 and The Division coz I can't do it for real. Plus I'm s...

Or......you could put a second engine and all the running gear in the back for the rear wheels and make the front engine work the front wheels!!!!!!!!!

Re: Victim of a hit and run... literally

Sorry to hear that. Don't get your hopes up. I was victim of a hit and run about 5 yers ago. Woman drove into the side of me (doing enough damage to write the car off) and just drove off! I jumped out and got photo's of her car and even her face; laughing! Even with 2 witnes statements and her ident...

Re: 1 Series Lumbar Support Retro Fit

I'm guessing it's just a money chasing issue - but why don't BMW fit Lumbar as standard? My wife's Focus has it as standard! Really annoying coz I'm after a used approved 4 series but rarely find one with Lumbar (let alone other spec I want).

Re: Is this guy thick or to be admired??

I always think this about these people who make car reviews on YT. Driving whilst talking to the camera is surely just driving without due care and attention? Taking hands off the wheel to gesticulate and even burning rubber! I'm surprised the Rozzers don't prosecute these people; I mean the evidenc...

I play a lot of PS4 and so went with Sony for seamless compatiblility. The latest Sony OLED's get great reviews. Just depends on your budget.

Just me being a skeptic but any red flags and avoid. Why go into something that has any potential for an issue? When it comes to finances don't trust the word of a random.
