Re: M2 Odd Electrical Issue

Mine is in on Friday for what i think is the amp. All sound was lost (even seat belt bongs etc) at first for a week or so then the sound came back on but i had popping, hissing etc from some speakers which didnt go away even when i muted the stereo. This morning though it seemed fine, couple of pops...

If a fuse has blown take the car to the dealers as it’s blown for a reason.
Aye, I’m just going to book it in.....use the warranty that I’ve paid for by buying a new car! 😂

Re: Amp blown? (No audio)

Checked it at lunch after 5 hours of it locked up, still the same.....looks like a trip to the dealer is required.

Which fuse is it, anyone know?

Amp blown? (No audio)

No audio problem (got HK, it’s an M2 nearly 1 yr old).....got in the car this morning and I’m getting no audio at all from the radio or online entertainment (Deezer) or anything else for that matter. It was fine last night when I locked the car up. Assume the amp has blown or something, anyone else ...

Re: Winter tyre/alloy setups

If staying with 19” 437m - go for 255/35/19 all round Ok those 19” Cmwheels alloys as I posted earlier and Camskill have the Michy Alpin PA4 * rated at £180 each which seems a good price compared to other places. https://www.camskill.co.uk/m98b0s8774p135285/Michelin_Tyres_Winter_Snow_Car_Michelin_P...

Re: Winter tyre/alloy setups

I know the Bola FLB wheel in 18”x8.5 clear the callipers and can be machined to custom offset when ordering. 225 up to 255 options for 8.5” wheel opens up the tyre availability. Thanks, do you have them fitted or someone you know? Do you happen to know what offsets they are using? I had a set of Bo...

Re: Winter tyre/alloy setups

With 235/40/19 and 255/40/19 Conti TS850P (£680 delivered from Oponeo). I’d go for 35 profile tyres not 40 for 19” With 235 and 255 widths or stock widths? Reasoned I picked 40 was the fact I’d gone down a width on each and prices were decent. Changing to same sizes as summers and the options are m...

Winter tyre/alloy setups

What are you all running winter tyres and alloys wise?
(if you are doing so that is).

Looking at 265/35/19 there doesnt seem to be much available winter tyre wise.

Provide the oil yourself, it'll save a fair wedge.

Re: M140i Stolen in Bolton - UPDATED - Car Found

Good news? Maybe not....

I would assume the car would have to be properly assessed (up on the ramps etc) to make sure everything is ok underneath, transmission, engine, suspension components etc arent damaged in any way?

Re: M3 F80 vs M135i

I love my M135i but have hankered off and on after an M3 and since the local dealer has one I decided today to take it out for a test drive. Same route I am familiar with in my MLite. I half expected to find the M3 too "hard core". I am not a fast driver I just like quick cars and how they feel to ...

Comfort access. I bought second hand so didnt spec it myself. I find it pointless.
You might want to consider protecting against relay theft if you aren’t doing so already.

Re: Deezer / Napster

Has the length of subscription changed as my M2 bought in April only gets 12 months Deezer sub IIRC?
