Ah no, it was allowing me to select aux but no sound.

It could be that it may need coding in again? Honestly not sure :\

Hey! I had something similar happen to me whilst driving my aux music suddenly cut out and all audio went but heard very faint static noises! WarrantyDirect are brilliant, they also cover costs for recovery, hotel stays etc if applicable. Claimed on a few things through them they also paid a timing chain repair and recovery fee's for me total bill came to 2k.
