Re: Bluespark Fitted - B58 M140i

Fitted the Bluespark box about a week ago. - Car feels like it’s a Fucken Rocket. Had mine on C for a full tank then changed to D and then E. Loving it so far. MPE, Pipercross Panel Filter and Bluespark - Power seems nuts. :o  Will take it to Bedford Autodrome in a couple of weeks :D Have not ...

Yep, it's a schoolboy error
Unsurprising, as most of the writers at Evo seem to be children.

Re: Negotiation on M2

[*] I have been to see quite a few cars now and when discussing price I get the same “we are competitive” and can’t reduce the price. How true is this ? I have been to BMW and independents. What makes it more difficult is when you are buying on pcp because all they ask is how much I want my monthly...

Before you do anything, check with your insurer :)

Re: M2 Comp - Late Run in Service

Hi all, Sold my M135i last year and now looking at M2 Comp's for the 3rd time around. I have seen a suitable car I am quite keen to go for but it is stupidly cheap, the reason being the 1200 mile run service was carried out at 2000 miles. Has anyone had experience of this situtation previously, I b...

Re: M340iX

The touring handles worse than the sedan which isn't that nimble to begin with. I would rather buy an X3 M40i which is cheaper on finance, will have better resale value and the improved visibility will give you increased confidence to push on on b-roads. Better reasale? Have you looked on Autotrade...

Re: Tyre choice now that MPSS are gone

What i don't understand is how on earth can PS4's be cheaper than what supersports were if they are a lot better in the wet and just as good in the dry. If that's the case then surely PS4's would be at the very least the same price as what supersports were, if not even more expensive. This makes me...

Just fitted 4 new pIlot Sport 4’s and they are fantastic (albeit one of them picked up a nail/puncture in the first 10 miles, but that’s another story!).

Would fully recommend.

£432 supplied and fitted by black circles.
Great deal!

B12 is very good, but NISFAN runs the B16 kit which unlike the B12 is adjustable. It's also considerably more expensive but probably worth the money if you want different setups for road and track or anywhere inbetween.
Apologies. My mistake. I should have remembered Gordon likes to fiddle :D

Re: M135i LCI; what are your experiences with the MP suspension vs Eibach Pro

Thanks for your input! I live in the Netherlands and the roads are quite smooth so for me the 130i was about perfect. The how much did you pay for the MP package? My dealer ask a fortune but I have the feeling that the Bilstein option is more quality and think in case of warranty claims it only has...
