Bumper, bonnet, wing, headlight and a bit of paint. You could do that yourself for £500.
If I had a garage then I probably would. circumstances and on-sreet parking preclude this, really. But someone might buy it and repair I suppose.

On her mobile phone?

It's hard to justify driving into a stationary vehicle. Is she being charged by the police?

I would say that would be too much to fix without being written off.
no she is far to diligent to use her phone in the car. trying to comprehend it myself..

A 13 year old 4 Cylinder? Easily a write off.
sadly I am drawn to the same conclusion, Marco. Seems incredibly wasteful. currently puling together some valuations for insurance purposes.

write off ? :(

O/H was driving and somehow veered into a stationary vehicle. No casualties. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nVZBFY06BYmLRSAlrHVFMsdiri5Ntehz Car was running so well, esp after the valve stem seals were replaced and head reconditioned. I am expecting it to be a loss. Such a shame as I planned to k...

REPLACING VANOS SOLENOID SEALS

Hi solenoids showing signs of leakage. Ordered parts and job looks straightforward. Parts are allegedly uprated from the bmw rubber. My only question really is if the seals should be lubricated before seating them, or left dry. Is there anything else to know, as looks dead easy. clean the gauze etc ...

1 series vanos seals Quote reqd

Hello, 2006 BMW 120i M Sport CX06 XLW

I require the rubber O rings/seals for the Vanos solenoids. There should be 4 in total as 2 x solenoids.

Thank you,

Re: N43/N43B20U0 engine problems

This post may help you what to look for. The consensus is the engines can be troublesome so do your homework. https://babybmw.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=103282 I have a 120i (4 cyl) and had the head reconditioned (valve stem seals were worn ) and the vanos motor replaced. So far nothing else and adde...

Re: 1 Series Lumbar Support Retro Fit

Sounds and seems simple really? they all inflate at the same time? Any views on this approach? What happens if they inflate with different pressures? You could end up with a fully inflated lumbar and basically zero bolster inflation? Or vice versa? And if you lent on the lumbar, wouldn't the air ju...

Valvetronic motor and fitting cost me just shy of a 1-er
(£1k)
What that at a dealer or an Indie?
sorry it was £650 not £1k, this was an indy price for part and fitting

Re: 1 Series Lumbar Support Retro Fit

I am toying with the idea of trying some thing like this. Because I already have the side bolsters fitted with the air pump, I am thinking could I take the Corbeau lumbar support https://www.corbeau-seats.com/product/lumber-support/ and tap the pump into this and run both off the same pump? Sounds a...

Re: Washer Pump Not Working - 2010 E88

Not sure if this will help but when mine got clogged up with gunge they also stopped working. this relates to both front and rear, I experienced this. I took the line away from the jet and blew back down through the pipe. This cleared the clogged pump and it resumed working. I also did a thorough fl...
