What I thought was strange about the 5th gear article, is that he
1) washed the car in the sun
2) used a sponge rather than a lambs wool mitt

both of which are totally opposite of what everyone else advises

Oooh! I love the old pacific highway.

I don't have a 1er yet though. I only got a little toyota echo sportivo. So that (almost) keeps up with 0 to 100 acceleration on a 120i - but there's no way I can keep up on the corners and 80 to 120 acceleration :(

Noobie here!!! So I'm up with the Meguiars products and all that. I even use the wool mit etc... but what exactly is the 'two bucket system' ??
