Re: Possible exchange.

Contact Opie Oils they'll point you in the right direction oil wise.

The diff and gear box are sold as "sealed for life" but both have the required drain and fill plugs, changing the diff oil won't cost a lot and may make a difference depending on the condition of the oil in your diff.

Re: Engaging gear

Had this issue on my Z4 Coupe, turned out to be the clutch slave that was the problem, not overly expensive to sort out

Re: Mot failure on leaking shock.

Way to much, shouldn't take more than 45mins each side, not too difficult to do yourself if you've got the tools.

Re: DGT - 130i LE -

I painted the interior trims, I used to do bumpers etc but a local place only charges me £150 for a bumper so it's not worth the faf/time/hassle of doing it myself plus if the paints not right I just take it back and they sort it out. Really should update this thread, it's had a lot of stuff done re...

Re: PHOTO COMPETITION - September / October 2015

Wow, thank you Davegt! Brilliant photo. :) Also quite brave of you, since I've just read up a tiny bit and tarantulas are quite fragile to handle. So thank you! No worries, his tank was due for a clean so while he was out I thought why not, he's really relaxed and used to being handled, he lets you...

Re: Paint job or wheel refurb

You're a bit of a distance but ASVR in Daventry may be worth a call. I had an E30 Convertible painted there, including door, boot and bonnet shuts for £1250 in Metallic Grey (non colour change) this was about 8 years ago though  and I stripped the cars trim etc, they prep'd primed and painted ...
