Somebody once mentioned a site to me called, http://www.autotrader.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - try that :P

On a serious note, your not being very precise, what does a "tight" budget mean ? 5k 10k 15k 20k ??

preference on age or spec? , mileage ...will something happen to the car when it reaches 70k?..... if your on a "tight" budget, but want a car under 70k you must have a idea of what you want or what you can afford.

Again - "must be a good one" make sure you "tick" this in the autotrader buying filters.

Good Luck !!! :?: :roll:

There are plenty of diesel or the smaller petrol engined E82s out there within your spec and budget, but if you want a quick one, you'll have a lot more choice if you look at 3 series.

What about this? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-335I-SE-T ... Sw14xWGTHV" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

E82's (Coupes)
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/search/used ... ce-to/8000" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

E88's (convertibles)
http://www.autotrader.co.uk/search/used ... rt/default" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Or keep your eye out on the for sale section on here, chances are they will be well looked after and maybe a few mods if you are lucky

My e82 will be up for sale soon hopefully January, although out of budget I want to sell it for no less than £8700

2010 120D m sport coupe model
75000 miles
full BMW service history
Le mans Blue
18" 261 alloys ( look like new!)
Dynavin N6 sat nav head unit with bluetooth
half leather seats
depo angel eye headlights with xenon lights fitted
darkline rear lights fitted
also have a carbon lip spoiler from SSDD which i havent fitted yet that can go with the car

Bodywork in fantastic condition with the only marks being a few minor stone chips

all standard parts will come with the car and I bought the car back in February 2014 from main dealer BMW for £14000, with the invoice to prove.

PM me or email me at james.button@outlook.com if your interested (or if anyone else is for that matter!) :)

James

Personally I wouldn't worry to much about mileage on these cars as long as they have a decent history, a motorway mileage car is likely to have less wear and tear. Just do the right checks on viewings.

I had a MK2 TT V6 Quattro before the 130i it was truly the dullest car I've ever owned, you'll find the 1 series much more fun.

Yeh i had the tt mk2 2.0 tfsi thats a great car and quick for what power it has especially remapped. Not as fun as a bmw to drive but a nice all round car to own.

I like the 3 series aswell . I preffer turbo not na

I have read some horror storys on the 335.s so always put me off a little i really dont want 2.0i too slow for me i really want then 320d 120d or even 330d i know eventually one will come up thats good and at a cheap price i always change my cars so i know about buying ect just not much around the bmw.s at the moment.

I dont want 75k i can buy one now for less then my budget for that mileage. I do alot miles so want something low so by time i sell on it wont be at the 100k mark. Just a personal thing . I will keep a eye out
