Looks like we've hit 6! Can everyone who hasn't already confirmed if fitting is required and if they are committing?
Also we only need 3 more to get to 10, as JJ_140i has said he'll commit if there are 10 others!
Potentially, although that does assume that 3 of the people yet to respond will hit go if there are 6 of us...
I've PM'd those yet to respond on the thread with the updated list of tentatives, really coming down to the wire

Mind you the difference between 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 is £50, supply only or fitted. While with just 2 of us it's still a £150 saving...

It was a similar story with the MP LSD Group Buy. From around 10 potentials, they just about got 3 to commit. I include myself amongst the potentials for that Group Buy, but Wavetrac was always my first choice, so wanted to see what would happen here.
Still there’s 2.5 days to go, let’s see what happens

I’ve organised a few group buys in the past, 10 maybes usually equals 3 or 4 actual purchases. The higher the value, the more drop out.
It’s not that people are unreliable, life just gets in the way. Redundancy, broken boilers, you name it.

Agreed and I totally understand why people pull out, especially considering the times we currently live in. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to consider a luxury like this.

Yup, I get it too. I've just got my blinkers on and because of my divorce I have to sell the house so that's paying for it, as I know I won't be able to afford to buy another house with what I am left to live on, so I'm in a 'sod it' mood and doing something to cheer myself up...

Don’t blame you. I’ve done a few modifications to my car and this along with lighter wheels plus wider tyres are last on my list (hopefully). Only really heard good things about the LSD and how much it transforms these cars. Have had my car for almost 3 years now, so have procrastinated enough lol...

Gents, contents of a PM sent to another member asking about my new LSD......
Hi Phil, I can really feel the difference when cornering. I haven't ragged it yet as the road conditions aren't good. But just driving home yesterday and popping out for juice this morning; you can really feel the inside wheel (of the curve) giving traction, it feels like you are being pulled round a bend. Can't wait to get out next week and give it some. Marc is a really is nice guy. I would have liked to have the LCA'S AND TS'S done (like Shins), but not withstanding my lack of work, I want to feel each modification changing the driving experience individually. My next visit to Marc will be for what Shins had done plus 135 rear springs.
Well worth the money IMHO. Go for it Gents!
'17 M140i Estoril Blue Most of the toys. Every time I see an F40 it makes me
The Wavetrac, to me, has the potential to be the ideal LSD for traction; all the benefits of the variable lock up of an ATB, with the ability to properly lock like a plate type should one wheel suddenly become unladen.
I switched from a rear viscous LSD in my Impreza when I jumped from the 360 brake/320lbft set up to 500 of each, to a Quaife as it was more road friendly than the plated types and the viscous fluid would have just given up. That car was epic, but needed an LSD up front badly as the near side front wheel would always spin the traction away during an emergency start...I only wish I knew about Wavetrac back when building it
