Erm.......it still cleans on the inside. :spotman:
Erm, RainX coats, doesnt clean?! I have used it regularly on the outside, but not for cleaning. I also tried FogX on the inside; bad idea, needed to clean that coating off after heavy condensation from leaving it in another airport carpark for three weeks. Lesson learned on that one. Took a full 20 mins to get out of the carpark space that day, just trying to see out. Might have been quicker if I’d not tried to wipe the screen whilst damp, but it was semi-instinctive (cant see, wipe away whats in the way).
E87 118d, stock, plus PDC control unit drain, Parrot, debadged, Mothercare baby shades (but no babies), and occassionally a good layer of wax. Instantly forgettable, and thats the way I like it.

The RainX I use is the larger bottle which is a 2 in 1 cleaner.

The benefit of RainX itself and a window cleaner.

Sorry to confuse with the small bottle of just RainX.

Noooo... you’re supposed to clean the bird sh!t off, not spread it over the windows.

Back to some form of sanity, id say Nilco glass cleaner from B&Q is good. Autosmart glass cleaner is also very good. Auto glanz vision is nice as it also combines protection into the cleaner but the protection is not as good as you would get from a dedicated product, but as a time saving product it is really nice to use.
If your feeling flush then M&K Glass cleaner is also good and can be diluted 1:1.

Me personally, as iv run out of all my brands of glass cleaner im going to B&Q to stock up on nilco. £ for £ its the cheapest around i have found.

Deep clean twice a year with Autoglym glass polish. Now that's a good Autoglym product.

Not used it my self but try auto finesse crystal glass cleaner, reasonably price and there products are ok, also available in halfrauds.

I use carpro eraser myself, multiple uses so make it cost effective and is a great glass cleaner

I have tried loads; the ones still on my shelf are
- CarPro Eraser (excellent but expensive)
- Sonax (green one and blue one)

But the one I keep buying is Einszett/Nextzett Scheibenklar

https://www.micksgarage.com/d/glass-car ... ner-500ml-

Extremely strong and streak free. If you have any issues, then you need a new/clean cloth as it’s contaminated.

They do a great plastic cleaner and interior dressing as well (cockpit premium)
