Just a gentle wipe down with a warm damp microfibre to keep that factory look & there are a massive number of matt non sticky trim dressings available if you need to cover any marks or scratches, poorboys natural look dressing is still hard to beat for most trim.
Which parts are leather and which aren't? What are the materials of the interior? I've cleaned my seats with leather cleaning and conditioning products but have no idea what to use elsewhere. The doors, dash etc look like leather but I don't think they are.
Autosmart G101 dilute it, 50ml to 500ml give the everything expect the glass a wipe then use autosmart stardust give the dash n piano black a wipe down, be gentle on piano black but it's stream free and leaves a Matt finish
